I think I’ve let way too many things cloud my emotions and it’s been affecting me subconsciously and through my eating habits. I’m giving into temptations that aren’t even as appealing anymore…but I am stopping today. Today things will change and I will be back to my normal self. No more of this sporadic eating crap, it’s stupid. I have eaten everything I was “tempted” to eat. So that’s it, back to my natural zen lifestyle.
